Pick Packer / Storeperson Expression of Interest

At Programmed, we work with a variety of companies across multiple industries, including food and beverage, transport, and logistics. We are currently seeking experienced pick packers to register their interest in working with us.

Please note this is an expression of interest for future roles as they become available. These positions will vary across different industries such as food and beverage, transport, and logistics, and are primarily located in Melbourne’s north-western suburbs, including Truganina, Derrimut, Ravenhall, and Broadmeadows. Shift times will also vary depending on the role, including day, afternoon, and night shifts.

The tasks below provide a general overview of what a picker role may involve; however, duties may differ depending on the client and specific position.

What the jobs may involve

• Pick packing from a slip or via voice picking headset
• RF scanning for stock picking, checking, and dispatch accuracy
• Manual handling of items ranging from 5–25kgs
• Operating a pallet jack to move pallets
• Pallet stacking and wrapping
• Operating a tugger (where required)

Who we are looking for

• Experience in pick packing or voice picking
• Familiarity with working in a warehouse or factory environment
• Comfortable working on your feet for extended periods
• Willingness to perform physical tasks as part of the role
• Available to commit to 5 days per week
